- We don't issue loyalty stamps on website preorders, sorry
- On checkout you can choose between Click & Collect and Delivery
- You have 7 days from placing your order to change your mind and cancel for a full refund. After that period orders are non-refundable (unless faulty or damaged).
- We will send you an email when your order is ready for collection and will hold it until you are able to get to the shop. Please show us a digital copy of your email or order confirmation when coming to collect.
- If you selected Delivery your order will be posted out a day or two before release date by Royal Mail Tracked 48 – we cannot however guarantee that your order will arrive on release date.
