This Website and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and defined in accordance with English Law and it is agreed that the English courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.

PLACING AN ORDER

Registration is free and can be terminated at any time. When you register with us as a customer, please ensure that the details and information you provide to us are true, accurate and up-to-date. When placing your order you will be required to provide both a United Kingdom delivery address and contact phone number. We do not currently sell to customers outside of the UK. By placing an order with us you declare that:

Our store is hosted on WiX. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Payment can be received via debit and credit cards using Paypal.  Paypal provides details of the accepted credit and debit cards that can be used to make payment and the transaction charges applicable to each type of card. Tallbird Records do not hold any of your credit card information.
